<Cancellation policy/Notes>

When using a rental car

If you cancel after your reservation has been confirmed, the following cancellation fees will be charged.

・From the time the reservation has been confirmed until 7 days before: Free

・From 6 to 2 days before: 30%

・The day before: 50%

・Cancellation on the day, without permission: 100%

・Our shop is located 5 minutes by car from Shimojishima Airport.

・We are sorry, but we cannot rent to people who have had their driver's license for less than a year.
